General Rules

  • All participants must register before the deadline.
  • Participants must be present for all rounds.
  • Participants must bring their own laptops.
  • Participants must adhere to the schedule.
  • Participants must follow the guidelines provided.
  • Teams can have a minimum of 3 members.
  • Teams can have a maximum of 5 members.
  • Participants must adhere to the code of conduct.

Submission Rules

  • All submissions must be made through the google form.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Ensure your project is well-documented.

Judging Criteria

  • Innovation and creativity.
  • Technical complexity.
  • Presentation and clarity.

Event Information

The Hackathon will be conducted in 2 phases:

  • Phase 1: PPT evaluation round where participants get shortlisted for the finale.
    • Round 1: Online PPT presentation round.
  • Phase 2: Grand Finale round with 2 sub rounds
    • Round 2: Project evaluation round for prizes at PRPCEM Amravati.

Participants who get shortlisted for the finale round have to pay Rs. 250 as a Registration cost (using QR Code provided on website and flyer) for the final round.

Rules & Regulations

  • It is mandatory for all participants to join the WhatsApp group (link given on the Registration form) where instructions will be provided.
  • Any one member should be present at their table throughout the hackathons.
  • You have to work on the same idea and solution you submitted in phase 1.
  • You have to submit your code by 5:00 P.M. on 20th January 2024.
  • All code developed during the hackathon must be original work.
  • Seek help from mentors/organizers, but no cross-team collaboration is allowed.
  • Each team presents to the judging panel (demonstrating functionality, features, and innovation).
  • Submit code and project documentation before the deadline only.
  • Share code and projects with the community after the hackathon (open-sourcing encouraged).
  • Respectful and inclusive behavior is expected. Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
  • Prizes for winning teams are based on judging criteria.
  • Organizers' and judges' decisions are final. Arbitration processes may apply for disagreements.
  • Organizers reserve the right to modify rules, format, or prizes (with clear communication).
  • You may be asked to consent to using your photos/videos/project details for promotion.
  • Three prizes are awarded (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) based on overall performance.
  • Team has to bring their own laptop, required software and equipment, only support power supply will be provided from organizers.
  • Evaluation time (1st – After 1 Hr. start of event and 2nd 1 Hr. Before end of event) is also included.
